Watch A Baby Okapi Take Its First Steps

The Antwerp Zoo in Belgium is celebrating the newest member of its family: baby Mchawi. The okapi is a member of the giraffe family, whose tongues are so long they are able to wash their own eyelids and clean their ears inside and out. Native to Zaire, okapis are on the Red List of endangered species — which makes Mchawi's arrival that much better.
