I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant is always weird and gross and kind of unbelievable—especially, now, as a pregnant person, it seems inconceivable to me that there would be enough women in the world who didn't know they were pregnant to warrant a television series—-but on last night's episode, things got even weirder and grosser. One woman was having "stomach aches" when lo and behold, an entire un-ruptured amniotic sac "fell" out of her, meaning the baby, placenta and all the fluid was in the sac. And, by God, TLC created a reenactment of the whole thing, making the incident just as traumatic for viewers as it was for the mother.

(BTW, the baby survived and is healthy!)
