Adorable Wisconsin Man Adopts Treebound Cat

When Ron Venden noticed that a kitten had been abandoned in a tree on his property, rather than call animal control, he named her Almond and began feeding her salami and meatloaf. She has yet to leave the tree.

Venden’s adopted the kitty and says he plans on feeding her for as long as she lives in the tree. He even affixed a tarp over a hole in the trunk so she could have shelter from the elements.

From the guy’s accent to the Wisconsin Badgers pillow on his couch to the fact that he feeds his pet meatloaf and salami, this whole thing is so “Wisconsin” that I can’t even.
