Kathie Lee Attempts To Slut-Shame Snooki

During the fourth hour of Today, Kathie Lee grilled the new author about her on-camera hookups, asking what her parents think about it, how she will explain that behavior to her future children, and implying that Snooki doesn’t “value” herself.

What’s weird to me is that I feel like Snooki values herself immensely. Part of what makes the Jersey Shore stars appealing is that they truly believe in their own awesomeness, and that their dancing, fashion sense, and skin-tone choice is clearly the best, which has been made obvious by the fact that they haven’t aesthetically succumbed to the pressures of their new-found fame. They’re sticking with the look and conduct that they prefer. Also, Snooki is 23 years old, and is having fun. Given that she’s written a book, started a jewelry line, and is selling her own brand of slippers, it’s obvious to me, at least, that she values herself quite highly, and that random hookups don’t even factor into anything for her other than having a good time.
