Michael Jackson's Dermatologist Appointed To FDA

  • Michael Jackson's longtime dermatologist/friend Dr. Arnie Klein has been appointed to a position at the FDA. Now the man who advised MJ on what he should put in his face will help determine how injectables are used nation-wide.
  • Though we know Dr. Klein primarily as the man once rumored to be the biological father of Michael's kids, he's been practicing for 35 years and is said to be a leader in his field. [TMZ]
  • "Mediation sources" say the recently leaked photo of Oksana Grigorieva with a black eye can't be real because she didn't produce it while haggling with Mel Gibson over a $15 million settlement. "If there was a black eye it would have been $16 million," said a source. [TMZ]
  • There are allegedly "third party witnesses" who will tell police they saw Mel hit Oksana and pull a gun on her. [TMZ]
  • Charlie Sheen will return to work on Two and a Half Men next week. [UPI]
