  • Marcil, who is also the mother of Brian's son, recently got engaged to CSI: New York's Carmine Giovinazzo and a source says, "I wouldn't be surprised if Megan and Brian announced an engagement to overshadow Vanessa's wedding...   • Court-ordered drug testing may not help Lindsay Lohan at all because friends say she's addicted to prescription drugs, and she has prescriptions for Adderall and Ambien. [TMZ]
