  • Brittany Murphy's husband, Simon Monjack, was found dead last night in the couple's Hollywood home.

The cause of death is still under investigation. Brittany died just five months ago. Brittany's mother, Sharon, was the one who found Monjack unconscious — and the one who found Brittany unconscious as well. [People, AP, AP, TMZ, LA Times]

  • In the video at the link, Lindsay Lohan says that she doesn't see why she would have to go to prison or rehab. She also says that she didn't know what was in the room when the recent photo in which there are lines of coke on a table was taken. She says that she was returning to her hotel room when people in the photo asked her to come into their room and take a picture with them. "I thought I was taking a picture with a fan," she says. At the end of the clip, she gets emotional and teary when talking about missing her brother's graduation to go to court. [TMZ]
