  • Michael Lohan's lawyer sent TMZ a statement today saying Lindsay clearly has a problem because photos surface every day of her "under the influence of alcohol or substances" and Michael plans to take "any and all appropriate legal action to save and protect his daughter." [TMZ]
  • Lindsay Lohan's lawyer says her landlord is complaining that Michael Lohan is a "huge problem" and asking for a restraining order. "In light of the landlord's concerns, I may go to court to keep Michael away," she said. [TMZ]

  • Professional wrestler/actor Bill Goldberg says he talked to Bret Michaels about the dangers of living the "Rock and Roll" lifestyle one day before he suffered a brain hemorrhage.
