  • Two women sued Dr. Frank Ryan, the plastic surgeon who performed 10 surgeries on Heidi Montag in one day, for malpractice. One underwent multiple procedures at once like Heidi, and both claim he didn't explain the risks before surgery.
  • The first woman accused Dr. Ryan, who defended his decision to operate on Heidi in People, of not disclosing "material risks of her medical condition" and said her "injuries will result in some permanent disability." The second woman had surgery on her "breasts, eyes, lips, chin, neck, mid-face and other portions of her body," and says Ryan didn't check up on her for five days, so he missed an important complication.
