LONDON, ENGLAND - JULY 11: A projection on St Stephen's Tower, known as Big Ben, celebrates the 150th anniversary of the famous clock tower at Parliament on July 11, 2009 in London. Architect Charles Barry designed the new Palace of Westminster after fire destroyed the old home of Parliament in 1834. The 96 metre (315 feet) tall clock tower was completed in 1859, but a succession of cracked bells meant that the famous Big Ben bell wasn't regularly heard until 1863.
