Ever fantasized about watching Oscar-winning actor Denzel Washington eat an imaginary pint of ice cream?

Well, some people got their wish last night. The Pelham 1-2-3 thespian, appearing on Letterman to promote the aforementioned update of the famous mid-70s thriller (early reviews: meh), got talking about diet and exercise...and pints of Haagen-Dazs goodness.

Washington declined to say what sort of flavor he prefers, but according to market research, 7 out of 10 men prefer "plain" ice cream flavors (meaning, without goodies inside). These findings would seem to fit the actor's ice cream profile; sadly, Washington made no mention of malted milk balls.
