This Gossip Girl gossip sorta sucks: Yes, there's a spin off in the works, but unfortch it will center around snoozeville couple Lily and Rufus — Blake Lively and Penn Badgely's on-screen parents. (Although 2 new actors will play the younger Lily and Rufus.) As an aside, here's our 2¢: Kelly Rutherford, who plays Lily van der Woodsen, is quite good, but Matthew Settle as Rufus Humphrey is Bo. Ring. Not. Hot. Lame as a three-legged horse. Should be on One Tree Hill as the morose barista or something; he is not believable as a former rock star. At all. End rant. [Star]
