Model, singer, and French First Lady Carla Bruni was on Late Show last night, and she clearly knocked the dress socks off of host David Letterman. Letterman asked her about the French perspective on the recent election, her husband, and whether Nicolas Sarkozy gets along with President Bush (her answer: "He has to"). As he spoke to Madame Bruni-Sarkozy, Letterman was so flustered that he stuttered and and lost his words — although at the end of the interview, he turned on the charm himself and spoke French.
