    So, remember when Phat Fashions sued Victoria's Secret for $1 million this past spring for trademark infringement? (The logos are kind of similar, involving as it does a "P" on a vaguely heraldic shield.) The case has been settled; apparently a judge "dismissed the suit after both parties reached a mutual agreement." Unfortunately at this point the terms are (Victoria's) secret. Sorry, we had to.
