Oh boy: Mexico City will start distributing out one or two doses of Viagra and other impotence drugs free of charge to men age 70 and older. The pills will be distributed at three different sexual health centers starting December 1. The mayor of Mexico City said that he is implementing the plan because sexuality "has a lot to do with quality of life and out happiness." [USA Today]
