Dutch doctors and medical professionals, as part of the group Women on Waves, are currently in international waters, being pursued and harassed by Spanish anti-abortion activists. They are in international waters to perform medical abortions on 6 Spanish women who don't qualify under Spain's draconian abortion laws which require that women have health problems or be victims of rape. Of course that law is less draconian than the one John McCain and Sarah Palin want to impose, but that's sort of besides the point. Here's hoping everyone on the Aurora makes it back to port safely.
