Three Chinese dairy companies have publicily apologized for their involvement in the melamine-tainted milk scandal that has rocked China and put nearly 10,700 children in the hospital. China's quality watchdog says new tests on baby formula across the country have shown no new cases of melamine contamination. The Ministry of Agriculture will still be overseeing quality controls and clean-ups in milk stations across the country to ensure the highest level of quality control. [Reuters]
