Jezebel
Jerell was the first Project Runway contestant to show a collection this morning at Bryant Park. He is a former model from Houston, Texas, and his collection was sequin-heavy, with layers of sheer tulle. There were some stripes and some jackets that added a military or pirate vibe, but the final gown at the end — a whipped cream confection with yards of tulle peeking from underneath — was the best piece.
