A lot has happened since the ladies of the The View went on hiatus earlier this summer, and ABC producers must have been wetting themselves that the premiere of the show's 12 season coincided with the announcement that McCain's VP pick, Sarah Palin, will soon be a grandmother. Elisabeth was in full support of Gov. Palin, whom she says is more qualified to run the country than Obama, as was Sherri. (Whoopi, for the most part, kept quiet).
