Madonna just kicked off the much-hyped "Sticky and Sweet" tour in Wales and we thought we'd bring you a little sampling of the getups in which she dances, jumps rope, simulates intercourse, squats, bumps and grinds with characteristic vigor. There's been a lot of talk about how this tour doesn't really have a defined look - despite the thousands of dollars' worth of designer costumes, all of which kind of look the same - but we beg to differ: the theme of Sticky and Sweet is obviously "Thighs." Well, that and bikini waxing. Every single one of these ensembles seemed designed to draw attention to Madge's muscular gams, and they do their work all too well. A selection, after the jump.
Madonna, thighs go all jazz-hands in a top hat. 
Having doffed the top hat, we are able to give the girdle-bra set the attention it deserves. 
This long-sleeved iteration is kind of identical to the last one, which is why she needed to accessorize with a thigh-friendly throne. 
The thighs are joined by a fringed diaper-cover.
