Pam Babcock, who was discovered adhered to the toilet at her boyfriend's house in March, asked the judge to grant Kory McFarren leniency. Babcock refused to come out of the bathroom for two years, after which McFarren notified authorities. They found that sores had caused Pam to adhere to the toilet seat and extracted her. McFarren pled no contest to mistreating a dependent adult (a misdemeanor) and will receive six months probation once he finishes serving the six-month sentence he received for exposing himself to a minor.
