The Associated Press is reporting that Hillary Clinton is going concede tonight, given that Barack Obama only needs 40 delegates to get to the 2,118 he needs to win. Unfortunately, given the system of awarding delegates proportionally and the margins he is expected to get, what that means is that about 25 superdelegates would have to declare between now and tonight. Terry McAuliffe is declaring this story to be completely false, but the general consensus is that even if she doesn't officially concede tonight, Obama will reach 2,118 by the end of the week and she'll have to. That's not going to be easy for a lot of people to swallow. [AP, AP]
