I have a very low tolerance for body insecurity in my relationships with men. It might be because I don't have the world's best body, but I assume if a guy is trying to get my clothes off, he's already pretty well aware I'm not skinny and likes me anyway and wants to see me naked so I don't worry about it. And now there's research that shows I'm right in thinking that. In a study of 93 couples, nearly everyone thought their partner was more attractive that the partner thought they were. Are we all just optimists? Or is it actually possible that when someone likes and cares about you, they actually find your big ass or pot belly attractive because it's part of you? I've seen my ass in the mirror, so I have got to say yes. [Daily Mail]
