Perhaps I am more old-fashioned than I thought but coed dorm rooms seem to cross a line. I'm serial.

I hate to let the colleges in on this, but as a former RA: quite a few dorm rooms are already co-ed.

my (very liberal) school has had coed dorms forever, but you can only live with the opposite sex in your bedroom in one of the residence halls, which is kind of dumb. i mean, dudes are free to come and go into my room as they wish and vice versa, so i don't understand why they have a stipulation on which residence halls can have coed bedrooms and which can't.

And in the wild elephants sexually assault (I think that's actually appropriate wording, even though we're talking about animals) rhinoceroses all the time.
