Before Sunrise

parisnight042508.jpgThe Swedish Embassy in Paris has issued a statement warning young Swedish women to not go out alone at night in Paris. The warning comes after the body of a 19-year-old Swede, Sussanna Zetterberg, was found in the woods outside of the city following her departure from a Parisian nightclub on Friday. After she left the club she texted a friend: "I am in a taxi, the driver is odd." Here's my a tip for boite-hopping women in Paris: go to a cafe until the subways open (5:30 a.m.) and then take the subway home. Safer and you will be less hungover with all that cafe food in your stomach! [International Herald Tribune]
