I'm personally disappointed that my state's primary is today and it's closed and I can't vote because I'm not registered with a party (for a variety of reasons I'm not going into here. I'll discuss my feelings towards oral sex here, but not politics).

Not shocking. I remember when I was going to vote for the first time--I had just turned 18, and as I was walking out the door to class I got a call saying that I was improperly registered. I have no idea how that happened as I just did it about a month ago when I got a new driver's licence. I wasn't allowed to vote unless I could get across town to sign something, and there was no way for me to.

I was pissed. This was also in Florida four years ago, so who the hell knows WHAT happened.

i'd say that it's nonvoters like this who ruin democracy for everybody--but then i realize that we're better off without her at the polls.
