Sergeant Joel Tranner of the Phoenix police has a message for ladies of the night: "If you are a part of that very small criminal element that wants to come here and set up prostitution operations, we're warning you right now: don't do it." Well, well then! The city of Phoenix is going out of its way to target and crackdown what it anticipates to be an influx of prostitutes and "other sex workers" as a result of the Super Bowl on February 3.
