Assassinations, animal cruelty, celebrity DUIs: The world is going to hell in a handbasket, but at least there is still reason to laugh. Take the above video, in which a very tolerant toddler agrees to his parents' requests that he perform his "evil eye" routine. (Maybe it's just us, but we think his expression is less "evil" and more reminiscent of a certain, small-sized 80's sitcom star.)
