Tan Wen Zhong, 21, a Singapore national serviceman, walked into an elevator early one morning wearing only a pink bikini. He will spend a day in jail and pay a $7,529 fine for "outraging the modesty" of the woman who shared the elevator with him and also for "fraudulent possession of women's underwear." Police found 46 pieces of ladies lingerie and bikinis and four "obscene" movies when they searched Tan's apartment. His lawyer said Tan had been badly affected by his parents' divorce as a kid.
