Ladies! Want to look years younger? You can "bring back youth to your face" with Kathryn Murray's 5 minute Facial Exercises, as advertised in the February 1937 issue of Physical Culture magazine. All you have to do is sit in front of a mirror and do the "easy, simple" exercises and "double chin, crows feet, wrinkles disappear." Not sure where the catch is, since the book is free...
