The "secret witness" in the Britney Spears/Kevin Federline case today is Britney's former bodyguard, Tony Barretto, reports TMZ. He filed a declaration which includes allegations of "nudity, drug use and safety issues post-rehab." Barretto started working for Britney when she got out of rehab and Britney fired him on May 17 because "He did not hear her when he was asked to pick up her hat." Britney's attorneys chose not to cross-examine and the declaration went "unrefuted and unchallenged." [TMZ]
