Meet Elwood. He is 2-years old. His breeder wanted to euthanize him at birth because she thought he was so ugly no one would ever want him. Lucky for Elwood and his proud owner that she didn't. Because Elwood was just crowned "World's Ugliest Dog 2007." And won $1000 to boot. Well done, Elwood! You are both one hot mess and therefore a lesson to all of us. Particularly Britney Spears!
